Kitty Goldsberg Douglas stands at the forefront of educational innovation as CEO of Creative Planning Group, LLC, where she champions creative, innovative, and engaging learning solutions. With over twenty years of leadership experience spanning teaching, training, supervising, facilitating, curriculum development, and program implementation, she brings deep expertise to the complex challenges facing today's educational institutions.

Her dual expertise in education and law sets her apart in the consulting field. A member of both the New Jersey and Maryland State Bar Associations, she also holds New Jersey certifications in Standard Elementary Teaching, Teacher Leadership, Supervision, and Principal Eligibility, a perspective that bridges instructional excellence with strategic organizational management.

Academic excellence flourishes through effective coaching and mentoring, skillful communication, comprehensive needs analysis, and unwavering professionalism.

In the classroom, Kitty developed and taught middle school Gifted and Talented courses and STEAM Fundamentals, designing student-centered learning experiences across science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. As an independent educational consultant since 2011, she has planned, designed, and facilitated professional development workshops, regional and national conferences, and training for groups from one to two hundred participants, in person and virtual.

Her work has been recognized with the 2021 Winslow Township Teacher of the Year award for her school and the 2022 Bob Thompson Excellence in Energy Education National Award, along with multiple sustainability and education grants. She serves as a consultant to the NJEA Professional Development and Instructional Issues Division and as a Professional Development Facilitator for the National Energy Education Development Project.

As a passionate advocate for equity and inclusion, Kitty designs professional development that empowers individuals and organizations to reach their full potential, building sustainable relationships across diverse communities and fostering engaging classrooms that prepare learners for success.
